The largest CT worldwide to date. Actually dual source having 2 CT tubes that operate at low and high energy levels with fastest rotation time 0.25 Sec/ rotation. Enable us to provide a lot of care at best quality to our patients and enabling the referring physicians in taking the appropriate clinical decisions. This fantastic design allow:
- Reducing ~2/3 of radiation dose exposure and ~ 1/3 of dose of contrast per exam.
- Making cardiac and coronary CTA possible at any heart rate and even with pulse irregularities without the need for pre- exam medications to slow down the heart.
- We can make CTA for the Pulmonary arteries, aorta and coronaries using a single dose of contrast instead of formerly on separate studies and this might be often indicated in the ER FOR cases with ACUTE CHEST PAIN.
- No more problems to assess vessels after endo-vascular stents or surgical anastomoses.
- No more problems in imaging with metallic prosthesis and fixation devices.
- The table is equipped to tolerate up to 210 kg BWT.
- 3D camera ceiling mounted to automatically adjust the table and patient position triggering the exam once body part to be studied is specified.
